Create a production report

Turn a shoot day into a production report straight from its call sheet, then log what actually happened.

Create the report from a call sheet day

A production report is generated from an existing call sheet, so create the call sheet for that shoot day first if you haven't already.
Open the Call Sheets module for your project and find the day you shot in the list of call sheet days.
Open that day's menu and choose "Production Report."
Shamel creates a new production report for that day, pre-filled with the scheduled scenes, cast, and crew from its call sheet.

Fill in what actually happened

Update the report with recorded times, cast and background performer times, script progress (pages shot), and any notes on changes from the original plan.

Share it

Generate a PDF once the report is complete, the same way you would for a call sheet, so it's ready to send to production and post.
